Occasionally I'll have a patient who'll say something like "I don't like to take that stuff, I'll only ask for it if I really need it" (and even more occasionally they're actually being sincere and not trying some tripe-reverse psychology bullshit). When that happens it's all I can do not to jump on their bed and kiss them on the mouth.

But yes, quote the shit out of that shit. Even though they are REALLY nauseous. Yeah. Only the D medicine works.EDNurseasaurashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06039072154469818990noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7495327656501821802.post-85344921412349468502012-03-11T10:58:55.608-07:002012-03-11T10:58:55.608-07:00Yeah, I always quote . Yeah right.
That and post partum vag deliveries c/o of pain so bad and requesting that "oxy med." Oxycodone? "No the other one." You want oxycontin because you just delivered a baby? Yeah pretty much can guarantee that isn't going to happen.battynursehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02240029154165501340noreply@blogger.com
